A: Yes, Teeth Whitening is safe. When conducted properly, Teeth Whitening is an effective way to remove stains from your teeth an enhance your smile. In general, the most well-known dangers of Teeth Whitening include tooth sensitivity or gum irritation, which only lasts for a short period of time.
Q: How Do Your Products Work?
A: Our products contain safe and effective Whitening gel that allows anyone to Whiten their Teeth at home or on-the-go. All of our products come with detailed instructions for usage and wear, which can be found on the “instructions” tab on each product page.
Q: Are Your Products Safe?
A: Yes, our products are safe for Teeth and enamel. All of our products are made in the USA in FDA approved facilities.
Q: Who Are Your Products NOT Recommended for?
A: Our products are not recommended for children under 13 years of age or women who are pregnant or nursing. We also do not recommend our products for people with braces.
Q: How Long Do I Need to Use Your Products to See Results?
A: Exact instructions for each product are provided on the product page and come with your purchase. We recommend 7-10 days of consecutive use for best results. It’s also important to take care of your Teeth and to avoid staining foods such as coffee, tea, wine and soda when possible.
Q: How Long Will My Whitening Results from Using Your Products Last?
A: Teeth Whitening results will vary from person to person, but most of our products last between 1-3 months. This also varies depending on the foods and drinks consumed. Daily consumption of coffee, wine, tea, soda or smoking will reduce your Whitening results.
Q: What Ingredients are in Your Products
A: Our products contain 35% Carbamide Peroxide or 44% Carbamide Peroxide, specified below. Carbamide peroxide is a whitening agent used to whiten the teeth, which breaks down into hydrogen peroxide. All of our ingredients are safe for use and effective.

Q: Will Your Products Affect My Dental Work (caps, crowns, braces, etc)?
A: Our products are safe for caps, crowns and veneers, but will not necessarily whiten these dental restorations. We also do not recommend using our products on dental braces as whitening can be uneven, messy and uncomfortable.
Q: How Often Should I whiten My Teeth with Your Products?
A: This will vary from product to product, but we recommend waiting 2-4 weeks after full product use. Detailed information is listed on the product page for each product.
Q: Will I Feel Any Sensitivity or Irritation Using Your Products?
A: People who use our products and follow the instructions rarely experience discomfort or tooth sensitivity. However, if sensitivity or discomfort does occur, we suggest with waiting 24 hours before using the products again and using less whitening gel. For those that do have tooth sensitivity and discomfort, please note that it is only temporary and does not require medical treatment.
Q: How Long After Using Your Products Should I Wait to Eat or Drink?
A: We recommend waiting at least 1 hour before consuming food or beverages. After whitening, your teeth will become more porous, making them easier to stain. It is best to whiten your teeth before bed or after meals with long gaps in between.
Q: What is the Shelf Life of Your Products? Are there any Special Care Instructions?
A: Our whitening gel is good for 1 year from purchase date. We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the gel after 1 year. Store all gel and products in a cool, dry place. If necessary, the whitening gel may be refrigerated.
Q: Are Your Products Tested on Animals?
A: None of our products are tested on animals and are 100% cruelty-free.

Q: My Product Arrived Broken, Malfunctioning, or Defective.
A: If your product arrived broken, malfunctioning or defective, please contact us and we will send you new parts at no cost to you.
Q: When Will My Order be Shipped?
A: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail within 24 hours of ordering on Monday - Friday. International orders will be sent via USPS First-Class International.
Q: How Do I Track My Order?
A: Once your product has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
Q: Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
A: Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, addition or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order or make a change until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund or change your order.
